- This course is designed to be used around the time of the Spring Equinox to deepen and enrich your seasonal yoga practice.
- It is a self-directed, beautifully illustrated, text-based course, that you do at your own pace.
- It is yours to keep forever. So, you can return to it year after year.
- There are no formal written assignments, but you are encouraged to keep a journal to record your insights.
- The course is a treasure trove of seasonal inspiration and will be useful to both yoga teachers and students who are looking for seasonal inspiration.
- The course is not designed for complete yoga beginners.
- The course does not include video, or audio yoga recordings. There is no Zoom element to the course.
- You will need access to a computer and access to the internet. You can view the study material on a mobile device but using a desktop or laptop will enhance your experience and enjoyment of the course.
